All through lockdown Abigail was this bright shining star that would lift my spirits on some very dark days. Just hearing her voice on her daily updates and her enthusiasm and care for all that were listening. Couldn't always get to the sessions but just knowing she was there was so uplifting and all her positive energy and compassion helped me so very much. When I saw that Abigail was one of our speakers at the PA Hub Conference Liverpool I was so excited... I could get to see her in person! And she didn't let us down. Still continuing with the same message about our time management and the magic 888 Formula. I was particularly pleased that Abigail also had the whole room concentrating on our breathing ... one of her tips I was very grateful for during lockdown. Thank you so much Abigail for being such an Inspirational, Amazing Lady! I do hope I have the pleasure to meet you again. Wishing you continued success as you so very deserve. THANK YOU Sue❤

The Productive Wellbeing Show and the development of The 888 Formula and challenge are both inspiring and encouraging for those looking to make more meaningful use of their work and personal time.

Abigail has organised a wonderful mix of inspirational speakers who in such a small time-frame have delivered some great life experiences, advice and top-tips for self-improvement. All episodes are on YouTube and highly recommended!

Personal favourites were Dinah Liversidge on re-framing your thinking; Lucy Brazier on how to drive forward in career with your personal profile; and Libby Moore on spirituality and working for Oprah!

Fantastic job, Abigail – you’ve made lockdown somewhat of a Positive Productivity Party!

Abigail has gone above and beyond to put together and broadcast enriching content for the whole of the 2020 COVID lockdown. Great guests and topics, with lots of help and advice to keep moral up; promoting positivity and wellbeing. Thank you!!!

I was honoured to be invited on the PRODUCTIVE WELLBEING SHOW, hosted by Abigail, in May 2020. The whole experience was wonderful. Abigail was the ultimate professional from start to finish with her meticulous planning and preparation for the show. The content of the show was both inspiring and engaging and Abigail was a natural speaker and presenter. I can highly recommend Abigail to anyone who is seeking either a trainer, mentor, speaker or host. Keep up the great work Abigail, I hope we can work together for many years to come!

I have been delighted with Abigail’s shows and have taken at least one thing from each of them which I’ve taken onboard, whether it’s just reminding yourself to write things down, to be aware of what you eat or just look after yourself. Even just touching watching the shows and interacting with fellow viewers has helped enormously.

I decided to use a portion of the COVID-19 isolation, lockdown time to review, renew, reinvigorate and research my current skill areas, potential new areas and those areas which may need a top up.

I have signed up to watch numerous webinars from public, corporate, entrepreneurial and private companies. One such was a series of 20min daily webinars by Abigail. I found her approach, style, engagement and openness to be refreshing.

Her passion to support others whilst keeping her own ‘machinery’ in tip top working order was inspirational. So I decided to buy her ebook 'Time Management' and see how the written word matched up to the video channel. Well, I wasn’t disappointed, a clear, easy and common sense read. Although originally written in 2013 it’s content is equally relevant today. The structure, format, human emotionally intelligent approach allowed me to visualise where I sat. In today’s world the need to be very focussed and in control I would argue, is many times more important than just 7 years ago.

The ease to get distracted by technology, social media and voices in your ear concerning.

I look forward to Abigail's soon to be released new book. Thanks for writing this and allowing so many to peer into your life.

I will be following Abigail to see both her development for the future and to gain meaningful inspiration and support for my own needs. Andy.
