I thought it was too late to start a podcast.
I had a vague idea of what was involved but no step-by-step plan of how to launch one which led to 3 years of procrastination (more about that in Episode 002: The Procrastination Perfection Loop).
Finally this year I decided to use the same approach that I did when I wrote my first book…I paid an expert to teach me what to do and help me get launched.
Most things in life are simple and you can cellotape a plan together – but when you work with an expert who’s done it before they will save you a lot of time, money and mistakes.
