Where 2020 was about innovating, pivoting and staying in business/employment the theme of 2021 so far has been one of managing our mental health.

A New Year, of new lockdowns in the UK and around the world has seen many of us lose our mojo’s in a haze of winter weather and challenging news.

For me with a new book to write, no daily show to me keep connected with my audience and the grey skies I am grateful that spring is on its way and roadmaps for the next chapters are being announced around the world.

It’s hard to believe that it’s not even been a year since the Covid chapter of our lives began, and I don’t know about you but mentally and spiritually I feel like I’ve aged about 10 years in the last 11 and a bit months.

Next week (Monday 8 March) will mark International Women’s day and this time last year I was speaking to a board room of Assistants at HSBC Canary Wharf.
