I have had the privilege of working with Abigail as a fellow keynote speaker. I am always interested in seeing other presenters perform and make a point of doing so whenever possible. As a result I can honestly say that Abigail is one of the best speakers I have had the pleasure of hearing. Her energy is infectious, her message is empowering and relevant and her style is both relaxed and engaging - I could have listened to her all day. The most notable thing about Abigail is that she is genuine and that is a rare quality that she brings to her work and the interactions she maintains after her presentations. I have confidence in recommending her.

I attended your FA Conference talk and thought the way you talked about work-life integration rather than balance was really interesting. We all know we need balance but actually ensuring the two work together is really important, rather than just ensuring you get enough life with your work!

I attended your talk at the FA Conference and it was so amazing! The key take away for me is obviously that I’m a badass 🙂 but also that if I allow people to ‘steal’ my time, it can lead to resentment. It opened my eyes to letting things go that just don’t matter! I LOVED your session.

Nicola Holder

I loved your session, I am really pleased I attended the FA conference.  I really resonated with your slides about how we all have the same 24 hours, the 888 formula and the breathing technique. You rock Abigail!

This week I attended Abigail's talk on Unlocking the Secret to Doubling your Productivity. It very entertaining and some great new perspective on how we use our time at work and home. My top take away was the 8-8-8 Formula, now I'm rethinking how I maximise my day!

Abigail is passionate, adaptable and meaningful in her approach to working with clients across different industries at different levels.

Her personal journey is incredible and acts as an empowering foundation for those she presents to when being brave enough to instigate change within their own personal and business lives.

After working with Abigail in November, I was so impressed with her approach to a tailored presentation and speech that within 48 hours I had booked her for a follow up event taking place in July 2019.

I could not recommend Abigail enough to join you at your event or within your organisation!

I had the pleasure of working with Abigail through our company HelloGrads.

She provided a workshop on 'How to master your time and smash your goals' for the Creative Talent Festival, which we co-hosted with the Uni of Westminster.

She also took part in a panel on 'starting out' (in the workplace). Abigail was a positive presence throughout the day and shared so many words of wisdom.

She phrased her points succinctly and powerfully giving us some memorable quotes. She was punctual, well prepared and engaged the students she spoke to.

I would recommend Abigail to speak for any event regarding careers, wellbeing or corporate training.

It's rare to meet somebody who can engage a student and also a CEO, but Abigail's the lady to do it!

I had the big pleasure attended a Workshop run by Abigail called Lead Don't Follow.

It was an inspiring and mind-opening session, the content was well laid out and easy to follow. Having Abigail as facilitator and coach was an awesome experience.

Her authenticity, her openness, her trust and her charming way to present "heavy" topics made the workshop a very personal and personalised journey!

I now have a "vision wall" and a clear legacy plan for my business.

If you want to get inspired, confronted with your own pitfalls concerning your "real aim" and work in a safe and warm environment on your future way of life join Abigail in one of their workshops or meetings, I am deeply convinced you will enjoy it and have a real and true benefit!

Sincerely yours, Martin Capelle (Founder and Owner of CCTC, Consulting Coaching Training Capelle, Germany)

Abigail really is the time mastery expert. Over the last six months she has helped me with lots of coaching and advise to transform my marketing strategy and achieve much bigger results. She introduced me to a number of time mastery tools including 60-30-10 which are having an incredible impact.

I can't wait to start my next program with Abigail after Christmas.

The 1:1 Time Management Review Session has happened at the perfect time, having just finished the 5-week Master Your Time Breakthrough Programme. Which had already massively helped me to start maximising my time. The session allowed me to quickly identify further areas for improvement such as my morning routine, task grouping, and discipline with timings and monthly metrics to measure success. I implemented what I learned immediately and have gained at least an hour a day of productive time and am a lot more focused too. I now have more time to spend on long term actives/business development that will grow my business.

I would really highly recommend this session with Abigail.

I just wanted to share the events of this week. I had a meeting with Abigail Barnes two weeks or so ago and we spoke about lots of things but she said something about VA's that particularly resonated with me.

I had always steered away from using "foreign assistance" due to the perception I had about slave labour etc from Asia etc. Abigail and I spoke about this and she highlighted the fact that we are providing employment to people where the average hourly rate is $0.40 and the majority of people live on less than $1 a day and that if you paid them $10 per hour this would destabilise their economy and cause issues.

I'd been busy the last two weeks travelling all around Scotland and early this week I thought bugger this I need some help so I explored fiverr. And found a very lovely and professional Indian gentleman called Anmol who had a 7 hour block of time available for $10 dollars this worked out at $1.45 ph 3.5 times the average wage which I felt was fair. I needed some research doing for the second edition of my book This is Gin so I gave this to him to do with a 3 day deadline. Long story short he came back in less than a day with everything completed perfectly.

I spent some time looking at my to do list and deciding which tasks I didn't want to do, weren't my immediate priority etc and have given them to him to do. Im now employing him one day a week to do all the tasks that have kept me from driving my business forward.

I've been out seeing more clients, returning calls quicker, scheduling appointments sooner and generally working more efficiently. My brain has been freed up to get my new website properly planned out and start writing copy and planning videos, knowing that production of my downloads etc is all in hand and I'm not stressing about them.

I've been sleeping better this week since I took the plunge too. Not only have I freed up my workload but I'm more motivated again too.So if you've been considering employing a VA please do it. You won't regret it. Find the person that fits you and your business. I was lucky I got a good fit at first try, here's hoping you do too.

Now, running two businesses is fully possible one four days a week one one day - time to explore automation too.
