I am delighted to recommend Abigail's Business Growth Training.
Abigail really is the time mastery expert. Over the last six months she has helped me with lots of coaching and advise to transform my marketing strategy and achieve much bigger results. She introduced me to a number of time mastery tools including 60-30-10 which are having an incredible impact.Jenny, Leeds
I can't wait to start my next program with Abigail after Christmas.
Tick Tock, Tick Tock; Time is precious, we’ve all got just 24 hours in a day, it is what we do with it that matters. Abigail Barnes knows more than most, just how precious it is, in this book you’ll gain pearls of wisdom to help you make the most of your time.Jonathan, London
The 1:1 Time Management Review Session has happened at the perfect time, having just finished the 5-week Master Your Time Breakthrough Programme. Which had already massively helped me to start maximising my time. The session allowed me to quickly identify further areas for improvement such as my morning routine, task grouping, and discipline with timings and monthly metrics to measure success. I implemented what I learned immediately and have gained at least an hour a day of productive time and am a lot more focused too. I now have more time to spend on long term actives/business development that will grow my business.Anna, Southhampton
I would really highly recommend this session with Abigail.
I just wanted to share the events of this week. I had a meeting with Abigail Barnes two weeks or so ago and we spoke about lots of things but she said something about VA's that particularly resonated with me.Karin, Scotland
I had always steered away from using "foreign assistance" due to the perception I had about slave labour etc from Asia etc. Abigail and I spoke about this and she highlighted the fact that we are providing employment to people where the average hourly rate is $0.40 and the majority of people live on less than $1 a day and that if you paid them $10 per hour this would destabilise their economy and cause issues.
I'd been busy the last two weeks travelling all around Scotland and early this week I thought bugger this I need some help so I explored fiverr. And found a very lovely and professional Indian gentleman called Anmol who had a 7 hour block of time available for $10 dollars this worked out at $1.45 ph 3.5 times the average wage which I felt was fair. I needed some research doing for the second edition of my book This is Gin so I gave this to him to do with a 3 day deadline. Long story short he came back in less than a day with everything completed perfectly.
I spent some time looking at my to do list and deciding which tasks I didn't want to do, weren't my immediate priority etc and have given them to him to do. Im now employing him one day a week to do all the tasks that have kept me from driving my business forward.
I've been out seeing more clients, returning calls quicker, scheduling appointments sooner and generally working more efficiently. My brain has been freed up to get my new website properly planned out and start writing copy and planning videos, knowing that production of my downloads etc is all in hand and I'm not stressing about them.
I've been sleeping better this week since I took the plunge too. Not only have I freed up my workload but I'm more motivated again too.So if you've been considering employing a VA please do it. You won't regret it. Find the person that fits you and your business. I was lucky I got a good fit at first try, here's hoping you do too.
Now, running two businesses is fully possible one four days a week one one day - time to explore automation too.
Just had a call with Abigail and I've ended up with a page of super helpful pointers, super helpful and actionable straight away.Charlie, London
